Hindustan Times Announces The Next Voice Talent Competition With Live Delhi Finale

School students can now submit their entries for "HT The Next Voice," a national talent and performance competition that will culminate in a live stage finale in Delhi in January 2026. Organized by Hindustan Times, the competition requires participants to submit video entries based on social and environmental themes between June 10 and November 30, 2025.

The competition is structured in multiple stages. To participate, students must select their class, category, and theme, and then submit a performance video of up to two minutes. After an initial review process, the entries will be sent to a jury panel for the semi-final selection.

In December 2025, the semi-finalists' entries will be opened for public voting. The final participants will be chosen based on a combination of public votes and scores from the jury. The selected finalists will travel to Delhi to perform live on stage in January 2026, where the judges will declare the final winners.

The competition focuses on several social and environmental themes. Participants can choose to highlight acts of kindness, the value of water conservation, environmental protection, traffic rules, education rights, care for public spaces, digital safety, waste reduction, or free expression.

The entries will be evaluated by a jury panel that includes an award-winning filmmaker with over 20 years of directing and producing experience, a renowned theatre director, and a professional singer and vocal coach.

A standout performance already featured in the competition showcase includes a spoken word poetry session by Aisha Patel from St. Anthony's Convent School in Bhopal, which focused on the impact of storytelling in shaping culture and identity.

All participants, semi-finalists, finalists, and winners will receive official certificates from Hindustan Times. Selected participants will also get national recognition through coverage in the print and digital editions of Hindustan Times.
