Candidates who did not receive an allocation in this first round will automatically be considered in subsequent rounds, depending on seat availability. The university plans to release the second allocation list on July 25, 2026, with the corresponding payment window closing on July 28, 2026.
The first round also saw the allocation of seats to 1,243 single girl child candidates and 242 orphan candidates, the latter comprising 133 females and 109 males.

Candidates from the Scheduled Tribes (ST) category and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) were allotted 67.3 percent and 23 percent of seats, respectively, in this initial merit list.
