Worker Left Bleeding for 30 Minutes After Delhi CNG Station Blast, Family Alleges

Family members of a worker injured in an explosion at a CNG station in Delhi on Wednesday have alleged that victims struggled to receive timely medical assistance following the incident.

According to relatives, 25-year-old Manish, who was critically injured in the blast, remained at the fuel station site for nearly half an hour with severe blood loss before being transported to a hospital.

The explosion took place on Wednesday afternoon while CNG was being refilled into a truck. Manish had reported for his work shift at the station at around 2 pm, having been employed at the facility for approximately three years.

His uncle, Vijay Prasad, stated that the family was alerted to the incident via a phone call informing them that a cylinder had exploded and that Manish had sustained serious injuries. Following the call, relatives rushed to the scene.

Prasad said they found Manish bleeding at the fuel pump premises, raising concerns over the delay in emergency response and medical care following the blast.
