The car was being driven by 32-year-old Ashutosh Pandey, who was travelling alongside his wife and two minor children. The incoming Innova, which was heading from ITO towards Laxmi Nagar, was occupied by Mr. Jha and Abhay Patil, an MLA from Karnataka.
