CISF Suspends Officer Accused of Photographing Woman at AIIMS Metro Station

A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel has been placed under suspension after being accused of secretly photographing a female passenger inside a Delhi Metro coach at AIIMS Metro Station on the Yellow Line late Saturday night.
The incident sparked an immediate confrontation inside the train when fellow passengers noticed the official taking pictures without consent. When commuters and the woman challenged him, the CISF personnel initially denied capturing any images. However, when passengers insisted on checking the photo gallery on his smartphone, they discovered the photographs stored on the device.
The discovery led to chaotic scenes and quickly escalated into a physical altercation inside the metro coach. Passengers attempted to snatch the phone from the official to force him to delete the images, while he resisted their efforts. The woman was heard questioning the official and repeatedly demanding that he delete her photos.
After footage of the incident surfaced on social media on Sunday, the Delhi Metro unit of the CISF confirmed that administrative action had been taken against the accused personnel. The agency announced his immediate suspension and stated that a formal investigation had been launched.
