21-Year-Old Model Muskan Stabbed to Death in West Delhi's Tilak Nagar

A 21-year-old student and model, identified as Muskan, was allegedly stabbed to death inside her second-floor home in west Delhi’s Tilak Nagar on Wednesday evening. The police have launched an intensive manhunt for her former gym trainer, Imran, who is suspected of carrying out the attack and is currently absconding.

Muskan was reportedly alone at her residence when Imran allegedly entered the house. The assailant attacked her multiple times with a knife before fleeing the spot. Neighbours in the area heard her cries for help and rushed to the residence, where they found her seriously injured and lying in a pool of blood.

She was immediately rushed to a hospital, where attending doctors declared her dead on arrival.

The police received a Police Control Room (PCR) call regarding the incident and initiated an investigation into the fatal stabbing. Multiple police teams have been formed to trace and apprehend the accused.

"We are searching for the culprit," Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Abhishek Gupta told reporters, adding that CCTV footage from cameras installed across the surrounding neighbourhood is being closely examined by investigators.

A senior police officer also confirmed the details of the case, stating, "A woman, around 21 years of age, was stabbed to death when she was alone at her residence. CCTV footage is being examined and police investigation is under way."

In their search for Imran, police teams have conducted raids at the gym where he worked as well as at his residential premises. Investigators have also questioned his family members and friends to gather clues regarding his whereabouts. In addition, police are scanning the victim's mobile phone records for potential leads.
