Supreme Court Issues Contempt Notice To AIIMS Acting Director

The Supreme Court of India in New Delhi has issued a contempt notice to the acting director of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

Following the issuance of the notice, the apex court directed the acting director of the institution to be personally present in court.

Under the court's direction, the acting director of the medical institute must make a personal appearance to respond to the contempt proceedings.
