Supreme Court Issues Contempt Notice to AIIMS Acting Director

The Supreme Court of India has issued a contempt notice to the acting director of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi.

Following the issuance of the notice, the apex court directed the acting head of the premier medical institution to be personally present before it.

The acting director of AIIMS is now required to make a personal appearance before the Supreme Court to address the contempt proceedings.
