The accused, a truck loader who resided in the same building as the victim, allegedly lured the child into his room on Tuesday, June 23, and later threatened her and her family to keep her silent.
According to the Delhi Police, the incident came to light on Tuesday evening after the victim complained of severe pain in her lower body. The girl and the accused lived in the same residential building in the Shahbad Dairy locality.
On Tuesday afternoon, the 34-year-old accused, who loads goods into trucks and other transport vehicles, allegedly lured the girl into his room with the offer of biscuits, according to statements the victim gave to her family.

When the victim returned to her home, she initially remained silent due to the threats. While on the way to the medical facility, the mother questioned her about the pain, and the girl revealed the details of the assault.
The family immediately contacted the police control room to report the matter. The victim was subsequently taken to Maharishi Valmiki Hospital for a formal medical examination.
