Fire Breaks Out at Fatehpur Beri Event Management Warehouse

A fire broke out at a warehouse storing event management materials in Swaroop Colony, located in the Fatehpur Beri area of south Delhi, on the morning of Sunday, July 19, 2026.

The Delhi Fire Services responded to the emergency by deploying 11 fire tenders to the spot to combat the blaze. No casualties have been reported so far from the incident.

According to officials, the Delhi Fire Services received the initial call alerting them to the fire in Swaroop Colony at approximately 6:43 a.m. Following the distress call, emergency teams and fire tenders were immediately rushed to the Fatehpur Beri locality to begin firefighting operations.

A fire officer confirmed on Sunday morning that active efforts were underway to bring the warehouse fire under control. The affected structure was being utilized specifically as a storage facility for event management materials.
