Delhi Police Arrest Three, Seize 1,398 Reels of Banned Chinese Manjha in West Delhi

Delhi Police arrested three men and recovered around 1,398 reels of banned Chinese kite string from a car in west Delhi, officials said on Wednesday.

The arrested individuals have been identified by police as Rajesh, 33, Asad, 23, and Sohail, 19.

Officers seized the vehicle being used to transport the illegal reels and registered a case in connection with the recovery.

The seizure comes amid heightened vigil by law enforcement ahead of Independence Day, when kite-flying activity increases across the capital.
