Delhi Police arrest three Lawrence Bishnoi gang shooters in Rohini

The Delhi Police's Rohini District Special Staff has arrested three alleged shooters associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang who were reportedly planning to carry out a targeted killing. According to statements from officials on Sunday, the local police team successfully intercepted the suspects and disrupted the planned attack, which was being coordinated through an international network.
The three arrested suspects, whose names have not been released by the police, were allegedly receiving critical information and instructions through handlers based abroad to execute the crime. In addition to this conspiracy, the Rohini police noted that the three individuals were already wanted in connection with several other criminal cases in Delhi, having previously carried out targeted shootings in the national capital.
This development by the Rohini District Special Staff comes amid heightened scrutiny of the Lawrence Bishnoi organised crime syndicate and its extensive international connections.
The arrests in Rohini occurred one week after another high-profile operation targeting the same criminal network. In that earlier case, two alleged shooters associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi-Hariram (Harry) Boxer gang were killed during a police encounter near Balor in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
The two deceased suspects, identified as Pravesh and Himanshu, were residents of Hisar. Both individuals carried a reward of Rs 1 lakh each and were wanted for the murder of a gym trainer, Kapil, in Hansi on June 11, an incident that was captured on CCTV. That operation was a coordinated effort between the Delhi Police Special Cell and the Haryana Special Task Force (STF).
The latest arrests by the Rohini District Special Staff represent another step in the ongoing efforts by law enforcement agencies to counter the activities of the gang.
