CRPF Jawan Narsi Lal Yadav Dies by Suicide on Duty in Moti Bagh

A 37-year-old Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan died by suicide after shooting himself in the head with his service revolver while on duty in Moti Bagh, Southwest Delhi, on Thursday.

The deceased soldier has been identified by the police as Narsi Lal Yadav.

According to the Delhi Police, Yadav was performing his duties when the incident occurred. He allegedly used his official service weapon to shoot himself. The gunshot wound proved fatal, and Yadav died on the spot.

Following the incident, the Delhi Police initiated standard procedures. The body of the 37-year-old jawan has been sent for a post-mortem examination.

An investigation is currently underway as the Delhi Police work to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident in Southwest Delhi.
