CJP Delhi Meeting in Naraina Cancelled as Abhijeet Dipke Alleges BJP Pressure

A Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) volunteers' meeting scheduled in Delhi's Naraina was cancelled on Wednesday after a banquet hall allegedly withdrew its booking at the last minute. Party founder Abhijeet Dipke claimed that the venue faced political pressure from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

According to Dipke, organisers had booked the banquet hall in advance to host the volunteer gathering. However, upon arriving at the location on Wednesday, the team was informed that the hall could not be provided for the event.

Speaking to reporters, Dipke stated that the venue management directly cited pressure as the reason for denying entry, telling organisers that they were under pressure and could not give them the hall.

Dipke further alleged that organisers encountered similar refusals across other venues in the Naraina area. He claimed that local hall owners were being intimidated against allowing the CJP to hold meetings in the locality.

The CJP founder stated that even a venue the party eventually managed to secure was subjected to threats on the morning of the scheduled meeting. Dipke alleged that venue operators were told they would be hung upside down if they permitted the CJP meeting to take place.

Accusing the BJP of being behind the threats, Dipke asserted that such pressure tactics would not deter his party, claiming the ruling party's actions showed they were afraid of the country's youth.
