Charkhi Dadri Police Seize Assets of Alleged Drug Traffickers Under NDPS Act

Charkhi Dadri police conducted raids across Pichopa Kalan, Jewali, and Mehra villages over Friday and Saturday, seizing luxury household items and valuable assets acquired from narcotics proceeds under Section 68F of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
The enforcement drive was carried out under the strict directions of Superintendent of Police Logesh Kumar P. as part of a district-wide campaign to make Charkhi Dadri drug-free. The operation targeted not only individuals suspected of operating in the illegal narcotics trade, but also the properties and wealth accumulated through drug sales.
On Friday, a team from Badhra police led by Sub-Inspector Pawan, accompanied by Police Sub-Inspector Harender, who serves as in-charge of the Atela Kalan police post, launched searches at locations linked to two suspects. The team raided premises linked to Sunil, son of Balwan, in Pichopa Kalan, and Hardeep, son of Bhup Singh, in Jewali.
The search operations continued on Saturday in Mehra village, where a Jhojhu Kalan police team led by Assistant Sub-Inspector Surender Mohan took action at the property of Kulbir, son of Maturam.
Police said that luxury household articles and other valuable items identified during the raids were seized under prescribed legal procedures after being identified as ill-gotten wealth generated from the illicit drug trade.
