Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) officially commenced its undergraduate admission process on July 2, 2026. The start of the admissions cycle comes alongside the introduction of several brand new undergraduate and postgraduate courses, which the university has launched as part of a significant expansion of its academic offerings for the upcoming session.

Prospective students can now apply for admission to 23 undergraduate programmes across various academic disciplines. Across these 23 programmes, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi is offering a total intake of 1,194 seats. The university has confirmed that admissions to all of these undergraduate courses will be determined based on the results of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).

The university operates under a distinct reservation policy that heavily prioritizes local applicants. According to the guidelines outlined in its postgraduate admission brochure, 85 per cent of the total seats are earmarked specifically for students from Delhi, reserving the vast majority of the available seats for residents of the national capital.

In an official statement issued on Wednesday, the university administration urged all prospective candidates to register on the online portal. Applicants have been strongly advised to thoroughly check the official website for all relevant details and instructions before filling out and submitting their forms.

Furthermore, the university has advised candidates to complete their registration and submit their applications well before the final deadline to avoid any technical or administrative issues. Candidates are also instructed to regularly visit the official university website to receive ongoing updates throughout the duration of the admission period.
